Service Description:

Outpatient services include adolescent medicine, medical follow up and weight monitoring, nutrition support, dietician support, psychiatric consultation, family therapy, pediatric follow up.
NourishED pathways: intensive outpatient program where patients receive home visits from a teacher and a child and youth worker to receive academic and eating disorder supports both at home and within a day treatment environment
NoursihED Pathways includes medical monitoring and follow up- dietician support- child and youth care- social work and family therapeutic programming- academic support to transition successfully back into regular school programming
