Service Description:
|
Day program includes brief counselling, referral, resource and education program. Provide information on the reduction of personal harm, relapse prevention, psychosocial group, meditation/relaxation, crisis management, and educational films. Program is offered in-person with limited hybrid (in-person and video conferencing) groups.
