Service Description:

Provides comprehensive community based treatment to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness * Goals are to facilitate the psychosocial rehabilitation of individuals experiencing mental illness, meet basic needs and enhance quality of life, improve functioning in adult social and employment roles and activities, and to lessen the family's burden of providing care.
