Service Description:
|
Assessment, treatment and rehabilitative services for individuals who have suffered a traumatic workplace accident or assault, or developed mental health difficulties related to a physical injury. Assessments include evaluation by a psychologist, psychiatrist and/or an occupational therapist.
Detailed recommendations guide treatment in the worker's own community or within our interdisciplinary treatment program, where clinically indicated.

Referrals are only accepted from third-party insurance providers such as the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS).
