Service Description:

Counselling based on harm reduction philosophy. Sessions are mostly brief, but frequency is determined on an individual basis. Sessions are 50-60 minutes long.
Substance Use and Harm Reduction workshops are available for youth, parents and professionals upon request.

Self-referrals are accepted. It is requested that the client call to book the appointment or complete the online referral form themselves.
