Service Description:
|
CAMH provides high-quality, client-centred care to meet the diverse needs of people facing addiction and mental health challenges at different stages of their lives and illnesses - from children to adults to seniors. Clinical services include assessment, brief interventions, inpatient services, day hospital services, continuing care, outpatient/ambulatory services, and family support. CAMH is focused on a seamless integration of our addiction and mental health services in a functional and flexible environment.

Application:
|
The clinic is only able to accept third-party psycholegal assessment requests. Third parties, such as the court, legal counsel (defence and crown), professional bodies (CPSO, CMPA, Law Society of Upper Canada), law enforcement (RCMP, OPP), and employment assistance programs, must contact the clinic directly. Please note that these assessments are not funded by the Ministry of Health. The clinic cannot accept self-referrals, referrals from family members or from physicians (internally or externally).
