The adolescent and young adult (AYA) program addresses concerns related to young adults living with cancer * the program is open to patients ages 39 and younger
Common topics include:
- fertility
- sexual health
- school and work concerns
- peer support
- wellness
Goals of the program:- identify your individual needs
- provide education and support
- link you to other community and hospital services and resources
- help you connect to other patients
