Service Description: Sexual health education and outreach * Free condoms and lubricant +* harm reduction supplies for cis and trans gay, bi, queer guys into guys * Support services including: free, confidential counselling for individuals living with HIV *  Counselling for cis and trans gay, bi, queer men living with or at risk of HIV * support groups, health and wellness programs * * income tax clinic for people with HIV* weekly hot lunch programs for people with HIV-- registration required * workshops, community health  forums and social support events * referrals to other social services * employment program for people on ODSP income supports * specific support programs for women, young people and gay, bi queer men living with HIV* HIV prevention education/sexual health education and outreach programs
 
Employment ACTion - Offers employment, placement and training services to eligible job seekers including: career planning and assessments, training opportunities in computer skills, English as a Second Language (ESL), resume and cover letter assistance, interview coaching, benefits and return-to-work counselling, job search resources, placement supports, career progression advice
 
Gay Men's Health Programs - A range of group programs for gay men that addresses issues related to depression, anxiety, substance use and body image as well as programs for younger gay men that help them build resilience and community
 
HIV Prevention Education and Outreach - HIV, STI, and sexual health information, workshops and discussion groups for cis and trans gay,bi, queer guys into guys, regardless of HIV status * sexual health information resources, free condoms and water-based lubricant at places where guys meet * sexual health information and referrals online through social and sexual networking sites, along with group-based mental health and substance use programs for diverse groups of cis and trans, gay, bisexual and queer men
 
Positive Youth Outreach (PYO) - Peer-based support and education for youth 16-29 years living with HIV * topics include healthy relationships, HIV disclosure and finding the right medications and health professionals * weekly drop-in program * contact pyo@actoronto.org for more info and to register
 
Women's Support Programs - Social support programs for all women living with HIV

Application: For support services, call to arrange an intake appointment, or drop in to speak with counsellor on call * for other services, drop in, call or visit website
Eligibility / Target Population: Support and employment services -- individuals 16 years and older, who are living with HIV/AIDS * education and outreach programs -- focus on gay men, women and youth at risk for HIV * programs may vary
