Service Description: Intensive individual and family counselling, psychotherapy, and support on a variety of issues, including
  • mental health issues (such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts)
  • poverty
  • sexual and physical abuse
  • bullying
  • healthy relationships
  • healthy sexuality
  • gender identity
  • violent and anti-social behaviour
  • long term support
  • outreach

Application: Call, email or drop in; self referral or referral from friends and families, social service agencies and schools, health centres and hospitals, legal or court advocates, or other community networks
Eligibility / Target Population: Vulnerable, at risk youth and young adults 12-25 years and their families who require assistance in dealing with a variety of issues, including mental health challenges, abuse, poverty, conflict in relationships or at school/work, and questions around gender identity and healthy sexuality
