Eligibility / Target Population:

Vulnerable, at risk youth and young adults 12-25 years and their families who require assistance in dealing with a variety of issues, including mental health challenges, abuse, poverty, conflict in relationships or at school/work, and questions around gender identity and healthy sexuality
Residency Requirements: East Toronto, particularly Blake-Jones area
