8-week group provides a supportive and confidential space for individuals navigating substance use and recovery * program focuses on harm reduction, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and developing healthy coping strategies * each session integrates psychoeducation and practical tools to promote wellness and long-term recovery

Self referral * referrals from family members, healthcare and social service workers, religious establishments * to make a referral download the referral access form on the website * referrals will be assessed in a interview to determine eligibility for services
