Service Description:	Adult Day Program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for clients with dementia provided in a group setting designed to focus on, and retain, remaining strengths  in a safe, and secure setting meals transportation within catchment area entertainment day trips guest speakers mental aerobics daily exercise seasonal crafts
Fees:	$25 per day * fee includes transportation
Application:	Call * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population:	Older adults experiencing dementia up to mid-range
